Sara is the LUCID Programme Manager. She also manages a programme of projects for Screen Media Lab at Birmingham City University. This includes projects funded by ERDF, NESTA, ESF, AWM and businesses. Sara has an extensive track record of running successful projects and is PRINCE2 and MSP qualified.

Charlie is the main point of contact for the LUCID project. She has a background in technical project management, an MSc in Computer Science and a small black and white cat.

Karen's roles are: to assist in managing the project finances; to co-ordinate claims received from Digital Birmingham and Wolverhampton and to submit timely claims on behalf of the University to the main funding body Advantage West Midlands; to ensure partners are complying with the funding body regulations (Advantage West Midlands); to perform internal audit reviews if necessary; and to be a point of contact for financial queries.
Innovation Mentor for Birmingham City University's Service by Design programme. David is a creative thinker and practitioner, working as an artist, designer, and educator in the Creative Industries and Cultural sectors. He is assisting LUCID with demo 7.

Alexa is LUCID's marketing and events coordinator.
Gareth and Steve are part of the web development team at Media Content Lab based at Screen Media Lab. The team specialise in producing bespoke web design and development solutions and are assisting with demo 7 alongside creating the LUCID web presence.
- Ian Archer
- Software Engineer, User-lab, BIAD
Ian has experience in designing and creating software for most of the major platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Within LUCID, he is responsible for the creation of many of the applications for the demos, and has provided expert technical advice on the rest. He also enjoys being mobile in his spare time, travelling the world.

The CRQ team will be evaluating the impact of the LUCID project on engaged companies and other organisations. The evaluation will test outcomes against the stated aims, as well as identifying unexpected benefits.
